On the other hand, UV irritation can be prevented to a certain extent through individual efforts such as UV care and moisturizing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Also, the whitening internal set, which has antioxidant properties, is useful against this UV stimulation, isn't it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:33px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why do spots form?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">The substance responsible for age spots is <strong>melanin<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">However, melanin itself is not a bad guy or anything.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It plays an important role in protecting skin cells from UV stimulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:4px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most important ideas in medicine is homeostasis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Simply put, it means that \u201c<strong>a state of perfect balance, with nothing lacking or in excess, is a healthy state<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the case of melanin, there is no problem if the following three points are in harmony<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-border -border01 has-white-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Factors that increase production: UV stimulation, excessive skin irritation, inflammatory response, stress<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Factors that reduce production: Shading (UV care), inhibition of melanogenic pathways by oral medications<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(3) Turnover: skin metabolism (decreases with age)<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For example, even if children are outside in the hot sun and do not take any care of their skin, they will not be able to get rid of spots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is simply because (3) has a superior turnover function and metabolizes melanin before it overaccumulates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the other hand, the turnover function declines with age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is important to avoid the exacerbating factors in (1) and strengthen the inhibiting factors in (2).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the balance of (1) - (3) is lost, spots will form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:1px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Take a look at the following illustration. It's smart!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I also believe that this is a very important viewpoint in an information society that is overflowing with a mixture of boulders and stones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I often saw young nurses and nursing students being stuffed with this intense Word by senior nurses in the chief and master class in the wards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(In fact, it is important to look not only at the evidence but also at the empirics.
