How are cancellations handled?: If you cancel after [24 hours before] the reserved date and time, we will charge you 1001 TP3T of the treatment fee. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this is a necessary measure to make our prices affordable.
* If it is a schedule change, we will accept it free of charge up to [24 hours] before the reserved date and time.
What happens if I am late?: If you are late, after 15 minutes, it may be difficult to perform the treatment on the same day, or the areas that can be treated may be limited. Please understand that this is due to the time frame.
companioncan I come?: Our clinic strives to operate efficiently in order to provide high quality treatment at a fair price. Therefore, during busy times, we may refuse to allow your companion to wait in the waiting room. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

There is no large signage, so please refer to the following image to help you come to the hospital.
At the entrance of the building, please press "C" and then "08" and press the "call" button. Our staff will unlock the door.

We do not have "counselors" in our clinic. Therefore, you will immediately have a consultation with a physician.
