How are cancellations handled?: If you cancel after [24 hours before] the reserved date and time, we will charge you 1001 TP3T of the treatment fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as it is a necessary measure to make our prices more affordable.
We will accept schedule changes free of charge up to [24 hours] prior to the reserved date and time.
What happens if I am late?: If 15 minutes are exceeded, the counseling will be simplified and the areas that can be treated will be limited. Please understand that this is due to time constraints.
