If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, the following fees will apply.

・Treatment Reservations: 100% of the treatment fee
・Appointments for counseling only: 5,000 yen
*Unannounced cancellations will be treated in the same manner.

If you're changing your schedule, there's no charge, even on the day of the event.
This measure is necessary to maintain prices that are affordable for our customers, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, treatment may not be possible that day, or the areas that can be treated may be limited. This is due to our fixed time slots; we appreciate your understanding.

Our clinic strives to operate efficiently in order to provide high-quality treatment at fair prices. For this reason, during busy periods we may be unable to allow companions to wait in the waiting room. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

If you are feeling particularly anxious, please let the doctor know during your pre-procedure consultation on the day of your appointment. Depending on the nature of the procedure, we may be able to offer an additional nerve block (5,500 yen, tax included).
