A request from our clinic

How are cancellations handled?: If you cancel after the point [24 hours before] your reserved date and time, we will charge 100% of the treatment fee. This is necessary to keep our prices affordable, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Rescheduling is accepted free of charge up to [24 hours before] your reserved date and time.
What happens if I'm late?: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, treatment may not be possible that day, or the areas that can be treated may be limited. This is due to our fixed time slots; we appreciate your understanding.
Companionmay I bring one?: Our clinic strives to operate efficiently in order to provide high-quality treatment at fair prices. For this reason, during busy periods we may be unable to allow companions to wait in the waiting room. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We don't have separate "counselors" at our clinic, so you'll consult with a physician right away.

Medical examination

There are generally two situations: "(1) you've already decided on the treatment you want," and "(2) you have a concern and aren't sure what to do." In case (1), we carefully answer any questions about the treatment. In case (2), we listen closely to your concerns and offer the most suitable recommendation.
