How Pores Appear

They tend to appear on the nose and around the nostrils, and cannot be completely removed by washing your face alone. This condition is characterized by pores that appear to be widening into a round shape. It is caused not only by excess sebum but also by a loss of firmness in the dermis, which supports the pores. It is most common on the inner cheeks, and requires rebuilding the skin from its foundation.
This condition occurs when adjacent pores connect, creating a line that appears elongated vertically. It appears as sagging of the cheeks progresses. Since this is caused by overall skin laxity rather than the pores themselves, treatment focuses primarily on restoring skin firmness.
