There is no large signage, so please refer to the following image to help you come to the hospital.
At the entrance of the building, please press "C" and then "08" and press the "call" button. Our staff will unlock the door.

We have a "smart" receptionist, which is completed by simply providing your name at the time of consultation.

If you are wearing makeup, sunscreen, etc., you may cleanse your face in the powder room if necessary.

We will not perform any treatment out of the blue without any explanation. First, we will listen to your concerns and wishes. We place great importance on counseling because we want to understand each individual's feelings before providing medical treatment.

We will explain your current skin condition based on the results of the medical examination. There are a variety of treatment options available, and we will guide you through the advantages and disadvantages before you make your choice. Please feel free to tell us anything you are unsure about or feel uneasy about.

How are cancellations handled?: If you cancel after [24 hours before] the reserved date and time, we will charge you 1001 TP3T of the treatment fee. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this is a necessary measure to make our prices affordable.
* If it is a schedule change, we will accept it free of charge up to [24 hours] before the reserved date and time.
What happens if I am late?: If 15 minutes are exceeded, the counseling will be simplified and the areas that can be treated will be limited. Please understand that this is due to time constraints.
companioncan I come?: Our clinic strives to operate efficiently in order to provide high quality treatment at a fair price. Therefore, during busy times, we may refuse to allow your companion to wait in the waiting room. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
