① Regarding Shaving
Hard-to-reach areas such as the back and nape of the neck ・ With the exception of the O-line, if you arrive at the clinic without shaving, or if more than 30% of the area remains unshaven, a flat fee of 5,000 yen (tax included)will be charged. As treatment time slots are fixed, we kindly ask for your understanding.
② Regarding Missed Treatment Areas
If you notice an obvious missed treatment area and contact us within 3 weeks, we will provide a follow-up treatment. If you are visiting the clinic due to a missed treatment area, please come to the clinic “without shaving”.
