What is Men's Regenerative Therapy

For concerns about male function,
the answer is "regenerative medicine."

Men's Regenerative Therapy is our area of specialty, aiming to address concerns about both size and function (ED)through regenerative medicine that uses your own blood and tissue. This is an area in which we specialize.

While valuing the safety of not cutting and not inserting foreign objects, we propose regenerative medicine tailored to each individual's concerns. This page introduces the full picture.

Why Regenerative Medicine

You want to make it bigger. But you don't want to take on risk.

Once you start researching concerns about male function, you'll find many methods—surgery, hyaluronic acid, silicone. Each has its own rationale, but there is a reason we choose "regenerative medicine."

Autologous blood-derived PRP separated by centrifugation

The reason is safety.

For example, hyaluronic acid and other foreign-body injections carry a risk of necrosis caused by blocking blood vessels. The glans in particular has a complex network of blood vessels, and no matter how skilled the physician, this risk cannot be reduced to absolute zero. In addition, foreign materials such as silicone cannot completely eliminate the risk of infection.

Regenerative medicine, on the other hand, uses what comes from your own body. The P-Shot is made from your own blood, and exosomes are a smooth, free-flowing liquid. Because no solid material is packed in, there is no concern about blocking blood vessels. And because it uses your own components, the risk of rejection or infection from foreign materials is kept extremely low.

The wish for a change in size is a completely natural one. But for the sake of that wish, there is no need to take on irreversible risks to your body. That is what we believe.

Responding to the positive desire to "become better" in a safe way—that is why we choose regenerative medicine.

Two Approaches

Concerns about "size," and concerns about "function."
We respond to both with regenerative medicine.

Concerns about male function differ greatly from person to person. Some involve size and appearance, while others involve function and performance. We offer approaches that address both through regenerative medicine.

P-Shot — For Size

For the size of the glans, corona, and penis.

For concerns about size and appearance, the P-Shot is one option.

This is a regenerative medicine treatment in which highly concentrated PRP (platelet-rich plasma) made from your own blood is injected into the glans and penis. The growth factors contained in PRP act on the tissue, aiming fora natural increase in volume through changes in the tissue itself—rather than a temporary swelling.is what we aim for.

Injection only—no scalpel is used, and no foreign objects are inserted.

Detailed information about the procedure, case photos, pricing, and frequently asked questions are all available on the dedicated page.

Exosome — For Function

Not size, but
for those concerned about "function."

Concerns about male function are not limited to size. There are also performance-related concerns such as erectile function (ED). For these "function" concerns, there is an approach using regenerative medicine with exosomes.

What are exosomes? They are microscopic substances that transmit information between cells. They are attracting attention in the field of regenerative medicine as a component involved in tissue repair and regeneration.

Whereas the P-Shot is an approach to "size and appearance," Exosome is an approach to "function and performance." The concerns they target are different.

For concerns about function as well, please feel free to start by consulting with us at your counseling session.

Precise injection by skilled hands
01 — Injection

The daily accumulation of injections
lives on in every single P-Shot.

Both the P-Shot and Exosome are, in essence, injection techniques. Where, at what depth, and how much is injected—that precision determines both the result and the safety.

Our clinic has always focused primarily on injection-based procedures.More than 24,000 injection-based procedures performed annuallyare available.

Whether injecting into the skin or for male function, the fundamentals of the required skill are the same. The expertise built up through countless injections every day is applied to each and every P-Shot.

02 — Regenerative

We are
genuinely committed to regenerative medicine.

The P-Shot is a regenerative medicine treatment that has been established overseas and documented in multiple clinical studies. Our clinic wasthe first clinic in Japan to introduce it..

We are a clinic that focuses on regenerative medicine using your own blood and tissue. The PRP used in the P-Shot is also purified in-house from your own blood.

Under the "Act on Ensuring the Safety of Regenerative Medicine, etc.," regenerative medicine must be provided under an appropriate framework after notifying the government of a provision plan. Our clinic isa facility that has filed that notification and received certification. We provide regenerative medicine backed by a foundation of safety.

Our Philosophy
Smart Skin Clinic's clean and lean hospital

We will not compromise on what is necessary.
We leave out what is unnecessary.

What we value is a simple idea: never compromising on what is necessary, and thoroughly leaving out what is not.

For example, there is no lavish chandelier in our waiting room.

but instead,Skill honed through more than 24,000 injections per yearis what we have prepared.

For example, we have no counselors who give sales talks.

but instead,From start to finish, a physician works with you directly.

Concerns about male function can be difficult to talk about, and something you may not want anyone to know. That is exactly why there is no need to repeat the same story to multiple staff members. From examination to recommendation, a single physician handles everything. We leave out the cost of unnecessary interiors and advertising, and channel it instead into our skill and into prices you can keep up with.

Careful counseling by a physician

First, please tell us your story.

Whether your concern is about size or function, please share it with us first at a free consultation. Not a counselor, but a physician will personally listen to each individual's condition and suggest the option that suits you.

Risks and Side Effects
■ P-Shot (PRP injection)

Treatment name:P-Shot (PRP injection) *Depending on the patient's condition, a growth factor (bFGF) may be added.

Treatment overview:This is a regenerative medicine treatment in which highly concentrated PRP (platelet-rich plasma) purified from the patient's own blood—combined with a growth factor (bFGF) as needed—is injected into the glans and penis.

Risks and side effects:Swelling, redness, bruising, pain, lumps (subcutaneous nodules), infection, and greater-than-expected tissue growth (excessive swelling) at the injection site. Most cases ease within a few days. Although the risk of serious side effects is low because the source is your own blood, the above does not cover all possible risks. Your physician will explain the details before the procedure.

Downtime:Swelling, redness, and bruising from the same day to a few days.

About results:The way results are felt and how long they last vary from person to person. The same results cannot be guaranteed for everyone.

About the growth factor (bFGF):The bFGF (generic name: trafermin) that may be used in this procedure is the active ingredient of "Fiblast Spray" (approval number: 21300AMZ00387000), a domestically approved drug for wound healing. Its use in the P-Shot constitutes off-label use. In the unlikely event of a serious side effect, it would not be covered by the national Adverse Drug Reaction Relief System.

■ Exosome

Treatment name:Exosome

Treatment overview:This is a regenerative medicine treatment using exosomes (intercellular signaling molecules).

Risks and side effects:Swelling, redness, bruising, pain, allergic reaction, and infection at the injection site. The above does not cover all possible risks. Your physician will explain the details before the procedure.

Downtime:Swelling, redness, and bruising from the same day to a few days.

About results:The way results are felt varies from person to person. The same results cannot be guaranteed for everyone.

About unapproved drugs, etc.:The exosome preparation used in this procedure is not approved as a drug or medical device in Japan. In the unlikely event of a serious side effect, it would not be covered by the national Adverse Drug Reaction Relief System.
