Improvements in visual analog scale and global esthetic improvement scale scores were not significantly different between the PN and HA groups. The rate of improvement in skin elasticity and hydration decreased over time in both groups, with a higher rate of improvement in the PN group. The improvement rate of skin roughness and pore volume was higher in the PN group than in the HA group. There was no significant difference in the improvement rate of dermal density between the two groups.

When will Rejuran be effective under the eyes?
The effects of Rejuran will be difficult to feel after just one treatment. Repeated treatments will make it easier to feel the effects. The recommended number of treatments is three to four, spaced about three weeks apart.

Pain and swelling will subside in a few days. If internal bleeding appears, it will take 10 to 14 days to disappear, but it can be covered with makeup such as foundation and concealer for daily life. Makeup can be applied after 24 hours.
Risk of fish allergy.
Since Rejuran uses ingredients extracted from salmon, people who are allergic to fish should be careful. The risk of allergic reactions to Rejuran also makes it inadvisable for them to undergo treatment.
Pain during injection can be alleviated with anesthesia.
Because Rejuran is an injectable treatment, it causes a prickling pain when the needle pricks the skin. Rejuran is said to be more painful than other injectable products. However, it is "Rejuran (Healer)" that is more painful, and the pain of "Rejuran i" is about the same as other injection treatments.
Cooling and surface anesthesia prior to the procedure will alleviate pain during injection.
If swelling and pain increase, infection is possible.
Downtime symptoms of Rejuran will gradually subside over time.

Rejuran will be more effective with repeated treatments.

Difference from hyaluronic acid injections
Hyaluronic acid injections are a treatment that physically increases volume. Although the effects can be felt immediately, the preparation is gradually absorbed into the body. In addition, hyaluronic acid suitable for the eye area is particularly easily absorbed, so the effect lasts only about six months.
