Smart Skin Clinic Refer-a-Friend Campaign

Hello! This is Smart Skin Clinic. We are currently running a rewarding refer-a-friend campaign.

This is a wonderfully rewarding campaign in which you can earn benefits again and again, based on the number of friends you refer!

How the campaign works

1. Refer a friend to our clinic

2. Your friend visits the clinic for the first time

3. If the eligibility requirements (see below) are met, both you and your friend receive a generous discount!

Campaign benefit details

For the friend being referred (the referee)

If the eligibility requirements are met, a discount will be applied to the payment for the first visit or a subsequent visit:20% off for a course package, or 10% off for a single treatment.This discount will be applied.

For the referrer

For each referral that meets the eligibility requirements,you earn one entitlement to 20% off for a course package or 10% off for a single treatment.you can earn.

If you refer more than one person, you earn as many entitlements as the number of people referred (for example, two qualifying referrals earn two discount entitlements).

terms and conditions

1. The person being referred must be afirst-time patientof Smart Skin Clinic (those with any prior visit history are not eligible).

2. The amount paid by the referred person at their first visit, before any discount is applied, must be10,000 yen or more, including tax(for both course packages and single treatments).

3. In the "reason for appointment" field of the initial medical questionnaire, the referred person must enterthe referrer's full name,and, at the time of the visit, musttell the staff that they would like to use the refer-a-friend campaign.This is required.

Notes

1. The discount from this campaign is valid, starting from the date the referred person makes their first-visit payment of 10,000 yen or more, for6 months.from that date.

2. Even if you hold more than one discount entitlement from this campaign,they cannot be combined.(For example, you cannot make a single course-package payment 40% off.)

3. As a rule, these discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

4. This campaign may be changed or ended without notice (including changes to its content and conditions) depending on the clinic's circumstances.
