LINE Shop Card Points Program Information
To express our gratitude to all our valued patients,LINE Shop Card Points ProgramWe have introduced a program where you can earn points based on your out-of-pocket medical expenses, and redeem those points for special benefits.
How to Earn Points
Applicable transactions
Out-of-pocket treatment payment1 point for every ¥10,000 (tax included)We will grant.
Example of point accrual:
•48,000 yen total → 4 pointsGrant
•23,000 yen total → 2 pointsGrant
•9,500 yen total → Not eligible for points
Please note that amounts will be rounded down. Additionally, points cannot be calculated by combining multiple receipts. Points are calculated per transaction.
How Points Are Awarded
At checkout, our reception staff will display a QR code. By scanning the QR code with your smartphone's camera app, points will be automatically awarded. No special app installation is required.
QR Code Scanning Procedure:
1.Launch the smartphone's default camera app
2.Point your camera at the QR code displayed by the reception staff.
3.Tap the link displayed on the screen
4.Points will be automatically awarded.
Once scanning is complete, points will be reflected on the shop card within the LINE app.
How to Check Your Shop Card
You can check your current points balance and reward details anytime via the LINE app.
Verification Procedure:
1.Open the LINE app
Open the chat screen for Smart Skin Clinic's official LINE account.
2.Tap the "Shop Card" button
Tap the "Shop Card" button displayed in the upper left corner of the screen (the red circle in Image 1 below).
3.Check on the shop card screen
The shop card screen will open, allowing you to view the following information (see image 2 below).
•Current points earned (stamp display)
•Points remaining until reward
•Unclaimed Bonus Content
•Earned Perks (Viewable in a separate tab)
Please check periodically to ensure your points are being correctly reflected.
Bonus Content
Depending on the number of points you've accumulated, you can enjoy the following benefits.
🎁 5-Point Bonus
When you accumulate 5 points, you can receive one of the following treatments:freeWe can accommodate you.
•High-Concentration Vitamin C IV Drip
•Glutathione IV Drip
The estimated time required is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
🎁 15-Point Bonus
When you accumulate 15 points, you can receive one of the following treatments:freeWe can accommodate you.
•Exosome Infusion (250mg)
•NMN IV Drip (150mg)
The estimated time required is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
After reaching the 15-point goal, you can start again from 1 point with a new shop card. You can continue accumulating points.
How to Use Your Benefits
Terms of Use
To use the benefits, the following conditions apply.
1.Available Period
The benefit is that you have earned points.For your next visit and beyondYou can use them. Please note that points cannot be used on the same day they are earned.
2.Combination with other menus
As a general rule, the benefits areIn combination with other self-pay treatment optionsAvailable only at our facility. We do not accept reservations or visits solely for the purpose of redeeming benefits.
3.One benefit per visit
You cannot use multiple benefits simultaneously during a single visit. If you have multiple benefits, please use them sequentially during subsequent visits.
How to Make a Reservation
To use your benefits, please make your reservation using the following methods.
For online reservations:
Please select your earned benefits from the "Use Benefits" option on the menu selection screen and book your appointment along with other self-pay treatment options.
For reservations by phone:
When making your reservation,I want to use the LINE benefits.Please inform our staff that you have earned points. Specify the type of reward you have earned (5-point reward or 15-point reward) along with your desired self-pay treatment menu, and we will arrange your appointment date and time accordingly.
Checkout procedures
When using your benefits, please follow these steps at checkout:
1.Open the LINE app on your smartphone
2.Display the shop card benefits screen
3.Be sure to tap the "Use Bonus" button.please do
4.After staff verification, we will complete the payment.
If you forget to press the "Use Bonus" button, the bonus will not be consumed and may cause issues in the future. Please be sure to check.
Point Expiration Date
The expiration date of points is,One year from the last date of useIf you visit our clinic again within one year and earn new points, the expiration date will be extended.
For customers who visit us regularly, your points will never expire, so please feel free to use them with confidence.

Q1: When can I start using my points?
A: You have earned points.For your next visit and beyondYou can use them starting from the day you earn the points. Please note that you cannot use the benefits on the same day you earn the points.
Q2: Can I reserve only the bonus items?
A: We apologize, but we do not accept reservations or visits solely for the benefit. Please be sure to schedule your appointment in conjunction with another self-pay treatment menu.
Q3: Can I use multiple benefits at the same time?

Q4: What should I do if the QR code cannot be scanned?
A: Please increase the brightness of your smartphone screen and adjust the distance between the camera and the QR code. If it still cannot be scanned, please ask a reception staff member for assistance.
Q5: What happens if my points expire?
A: Points will expire if you do not visit our clinic for one year from your last visit date. If you visit regularly, the expiration date will be automatically extended, so please rest assured.
Q6: Can I transfer points to family or friends?
A: We apologize, but points can only be used by the account holder. They cannot be transferred to another person.
