LINE Shop Card Points Program Information

As a token of our gratitude to everyone who regularly visits us,the LINE Shop Card Points Programhas been introduced. Under this program, you earn points based on the amount you spend on out-of-pocket treatments, and can receive benefits with the points you accumulate.

How to Earn Points

Eligible Payments

Out-of-pocket treatment payment1 point for every ¥10,000 (tax included)will be awarded.
Example of points awarded:
¥48,000 total → 4 pointsawarded
¥23,000 total → 2 pointsawarded
¥9,500 total → not eligible for points
Please note in advance that fractional amounts are rounded down. In addition, points cannot be calculated by combining multiple receipts. Points are calculated per transaction.

How Points Are Awarded

At checkout, our reception staff will display a QR code. When you scan the QR code with your smartphone's camera app, points are awarded automatically. No special app installation is required.
How to Scan the QR Code:
1.Open your smartphone's default camera app
2.Point your camera at the QR code displayed by the reception staff.
3.Tap the link shown on the screen
4.Points are awarded automatically.
Once scanning is complete, the points are reflected on the shop card within the LINE app.

How to Check Your Shop Card

You can check your current points balance and benefit details anytime from the LINE app.
How to Check:
1.Open the LINE app

Open the chat screen of Smart Skin Clinic's official LINE account.

2.Tap the "Shop Card" button

Tap the "Shop Card" button shown in the upper-left corner of the screen (the red circle in Image 1 below).

3.Check on the shop card screen

The shop card screen will open, where you can view the following information (see Image 2 below).

Please check periodically that your points are being reflected correctly.

Benefits

Depending on the number of points you have accumulated, you can enjoy the following benefits.

🎁 5-Point Benefit

For every 5 points accumulated, you will receive one Sunset Skin Peel Bar AHA Mild.
*The previous Vitamin C and glutathione injection benefits have been changed due to a shortage of stock.

🎁 15-Point Benefit

When you accumulate 15 points, you can receive one session of one of the following treatments:Freeyou can receive.
Exosome IV drip (250mg)
NMN IV drip (150mg)
The estimated time required is approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.
After you reach the 15-point goal, you can start again from your first point with a new shop card. You can continue to accumulate points.

How to Use Your Benefits

Terms of Use

The following conditions apply in order to use the benefits.
1.When You Can Use Them

The benefits, after you have earned the points,from your next visit onwardcan be used. Please note in advance that they cannot be used on the same day you earn the points.

2.Combination with other menu items

As a general rule, the benefits areas a set with another out-of-pocket treatmentcan only be used in that way. We do not accept reservations or visits solely to redeem a benefit.

3.One benefit per visit

You cannot use multiple benefits at the same time during a single visit. If you have multiple benefits, please use them one at a time on subsequent visits.

How to Make a Reservation

To use your benefits, please make your reservation using one of the following methods.
For online reservations:

On the menu selection screen, select the benefit you have earned from "Use Benefit," and book it together with another out-of-pocket treatment.

For reservations by phone:

When making your reservation,I'd like to use my LINE benefitplease tell our staff. If you let us know the type of benefit you have earned (5-point benefit or 15-point benefit) along with the out-of-pocket treatment you'd like, we will arrange your appointment date and time.

Procedures at Checkout

When using your benefits, please follow these steps at checkout.
1.Open the LINE app on your smartphone
2.Display the benefits screen of the shop card
3.Be sure to tap the "Use Benefit" buttonplease do so
4.After our staff confirms it, we will complete the payment.
If you forget to press the "Use Benefit" button, the benefit will not be redeemed, which can cause problems on future visits, so please be sure to check.

Point Expiration

The expiration of your points isone year from your last date of use.If you visit us again within one year and earn new points, the expiration is extended.
For patients who visit us regularly, your points will not expire, so please use them with peace of mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: When can I start using my points?

A: After you have earned the points,from your next visit onwardyou can use them. Please note that you cannot use the benefits on the same day you earn the points.

Q2: Can I reserve only the benefit?

A: We're sorry, but we do not accept reservations or visits solely for the benefit. Please be sure to book it together with another out-of-pocket treatment.

Q4: What should I do if the QR code won't scan?

A: Please increase your smartphone's screen brightness and adjust the distance between the camera and the QR code. If it still won't scan, please let a member of our reception staff know.

Q5: What happens if my points expire?

A: If you do not visit us for one year from your last visit, your points will expire. If you visit regularly, the expiration is extended automatically, so please rest assured.

Q6: Can I transfer points to family or friends?

A: We're sorry, but points can be used only by the account holder. They cannot be transferred to anyone else.
