JALUPRO YOUNGEYE Injection
Jalupro Young Eye is a formulation developed by the Italian pharmaceutical company Professional Derma SA specifically for the eye area, part of the Jalupro series.
Features of Jalpro Young Eye Injection
In addition to the basic ingredients common to the Jalpro series (hyaluronic acid and amino acids), it also contains peptides that target the eye area.
This next-generation skin booster treatment provides firmness and moisture to the thin, delicate skin around the eyes, addressing concerns like dark circles and fine lines at their root.
【Main Ingredients of Jalpro Young Eye】
- Two types of low-molecular-weight non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid
- Seven amino acids
- Three types of peptides
Two types of low-molecular-weight non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid functions differently depending on its molecular weight. Low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid penetrates easily and is expected to provide plumpness and flexibility to the skin. Jalpro Young Eye enhances moisture retention by blending two types of low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and promotes the activation of fibroblasts.
Hyaluronic acid is structurally classified into "cross-linked" and "non-cross-linked" types. While cross-linked hyaluronic acid is suitable for volume enhancement, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid blends well with the skin and is ideal for skin regeneration and firmness improvement. It is also characterized by an extremely low risk of allergic reactions and granuloma (lump) formation.
Seven amino acids
Formulated with seven amino acids: glycine, proline, lysine, leucine, alanine, valine, and arginine. These play a vital role in collagen formation and contribute to improving skin texture.
【Functions of Amino Acids】
- Glycine: The primary component of collagen
- Proline: Supports collagen stability
- Lysine: Supports collagen synthesis
- Leucine: Strengthens the skin's barrier function
- Alanine: Maintains moisture
- Valine: Helps repair and regenerate cells
- Arginine: Promotes blood flow and repairs damage
Three types of peptides
Formulated with functional peptides: Acetyl Decapeptide-3, Oligopeptide-24, and Acetyl Tetrapeptide-5.
These ingredients promote the synthesis of collagen and elastin, enhancing skin elasticity and making it less prone to developing wrinkles. They also help reduce post-treatment swelling.
The effects on the skin of injectable formulations with compositions similar to Jalpro Young Eye, such as hyaluronic acid + amino acids + peptides, have also been reported in overseas clinical studies.
As one example, the following paper presents evidence suggesting that an injectable formulation combining hyaluronic acid, amino acids, and peptides—though not identical in formulation or indications to Jalpro Young Eye—may enhance skin hydration and firmness by acting on the connective tissue in the dermis and subcutaneous layers.
The Effects of Jalpro Young Eye
- Improving dark circles under the eyes
- Improvement of fine lines
- Enhanced firmness and improved appearance around the eyes
Dark Circle Improvement
Dark circles under the eyes occur when the thin skin beneath the eyes allows blood vessels to show through.
Jalpro Young Eye promotes collagen and elastin production, gradually thickening the skin and making blood vessels less visible.
Dark Circles (Shadow Circles/Sagging Circles) Improvement
Dark circles are caused by sagging skin due to collagen loss from aging, creating shadows.
Promotes collagen production and restores plump firmness to the eye area, making shadows less noticeable.
Improvement of fine lines and wrinkles
Fine lines around the outer corners of the eyes and under the eyes are caused by dryness and thinning skin.
The low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid in Jalpro Young Eye enhances moisture retention, while amino acids and peptides promote collagen and elastin production, increasing skin density and making fine lines less noticeable.
Enhanced firmness and improved appearance around the eyes
With each treatment, the skin around the eyes is rebuilt. New collagen and elastin production increases skin density, lifting the skin from within and enhancing its natural firmness and elasticity.
As a result, the tired look around the eyes gradually transforms into a brighter, more youthful appearance.
Jalpro Young Eye is recommended for those who...
- For those concerned about dark circles under the eyes (especially blue or black circles)
- For those concerned about fine lines and dryness under the eyes
- For those who want firmness and elasticity around the eyes
- Those who are reluctant to undergo surgery
- For those who wish to regain a youthful appearance with a natural finish
- Those who were not satisfied with other treatments
Time of onset of effect
- Effect onset timing: Immediate hydration, noticeable skin texture improvement after approximately one month
- Peak: 2 to 3 months later
- Duration of Effect: Approximately 6 months
You may notice immediate hydration from the hyaluronic acid after injection, but significant improvements in skin texture—such as enhanced firmness and reduced fine lines—typically become noticeable after the second or third treatment as collagen production fully kicks in.
The effects appear gradually, naturally rejuvenating the eye area.

The Jalpro Series and Its Features
A common feature across the series is the combination of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid and amino acids (such as glycine, L-proline, L-lysine, and L-leucine).
These ingredients work synergistically to promote the skin's own ability to restore its youthful state (Collagen Boost).
Differences Between Jalpro Classic, HMW, Super Hydro, and Young Eye
Some may wonder, "Does Jalpro Classic also target the eye area?"
Jalpro's "Classic," "HMW," "Super Hydro," and "Young Eye" products have their ingredient concentrations and formulations tailored to specific purposes and concerns (such as fine lines, deep wrinkles, sagging, and eye area care).
Each has its own areas of expertise as outlined below, and they also produce synergistic effects when combined.
Jalpro Young Eye [For rejuvenating treatments specifically for the eye area]
Formulated with peptides not found in other products. Specifically designed for the thin, delicate skin around the eyes, it targets not only fine lines but also dark circles and puffiness.
Jal Pro Classic 【For improving fine lines and dark circles around the eyes, and moisturizing the entire face】
We specialize in treating the entire face, particularly superficial "crepe lines" and improving skin texture. Before the introduction of Young Eye, it was the mainstream treatment for the eye area, but now it excels in overall facial skin care and combination treatments with Young Eye.
Jalpro HMW 【For neck wrinkles and nasolabial folds, plump up sunken cheeks】
This formulation is more concentrated than the classic version and has a slightly firmer texture. It is suitable for areas where volume is desired, such as deep wrinkles (like horizontal neck lines) and sunken cheeks.
Jalpro Super Hydro (also known as: Tightening Injection) 【For skin rejuvenation, sagging improvement, and tightening】
This formulation has the highest concentration and promotes the regeneration of ligaments that support the skin. It is designed to tighten the skin and achieve a lifting effect, rather than simply filling wrinkles. When combined with Jalpro Young Eye, it aims to enhance deep structural support in the periorbital area.

Jalpro Young Eye Downtime and Risks
- Symptoms: Wheal (swelling immediately after injection), redness, swelling, bruising
- Duration: Approximately 1 to 2 days (within 48 hours)
※If bruising occurs, it may take about two weeks to fade.
Since the eye area is a part that cannot be completely hidden by masks, some people may be concerned about downtime.
To put it simply, the downtime for Jalpro Young Eye is extremely minimal.
Minor redness, swelling, or pinpoint needle marks may appear at the injection site, but these typically subside within a few hours to one day. Rarely, a small bump (lump) may be felt, but it will naturally smooth out within a few days.
However, the eye area has thin skin and numerous capillaries, making it prone to bruising and swelling. If bruising occurs, it typically turns yellowish and gradually absorbs over about 1 to 2 weeks before fading away. In rare cases, it may take longer to disappear completely.
In the unlikely event of bruising, it can be covered with makeup such as concealer, eyeshadow, or liquid foundation.
Important Notes Regarding Allergic Reactions
Jalpro Young Eye uses highly biocompatible ingredients (hyaluronic acid, amino acids), making it a very safe treatment. However, in extremely rare cases, an allergic reaction may occur to hyaluronic acid or other components in the formulation. If you have a history of allergies, please be sure to inform us during your consultation.
If you experience any of the following symptoms, consult a doctor immediately.
- Persistent abnormal swelling or redness
- Severe itching or rash
- fever
- Severe pain at the injection site
Postoperative Care
- Makeup: Can be applied starting the next day
- Bathing: Showers are available starting on the day of arrival.
When performing skincare, take care not to rub the affected area too hard, and be sure to thoroughly moisturize and protect against UV rays.
Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol consumption, hot springs, saunas, and other activities that increase blood flow.
Treatment area/method
Jalpro Young Eye injections are administered directly into the areas of concern around the eyes using an extremely fine needle, or evenly over a broader area using a cannula (a needle with a rounded tip).
At our clinic, we consider each patient's skin condition, the type of dark circles, and their sensitivity to pain to recommend the optimal injection method.
Pain during treatment
The use of finer needles than usual minimizes discomfort. However, individual sensitivity to pain varies.
Applying anesthetic cream (topical anesthesia) will reduce the prick of the needle.
Recommended number/frequency of treatments|Schedule of treatments
- Recommended interval/frequency (1 course): Every 1 to 2 weeks × 4 times
- Maintenance: After completing one course, we recommend treatment approximately every 3 to 6 months.
Treatment intervals and frequency
You may wish to complete treatment in one session if possible, but to maintain the effects of Jalpro Young Eye and achieve even better results, regular maintenance treatments are extremely important.
Since collagen in the skin continues to decrease with age, it is recommended to replenish Jalpro Young Eye at regular intervals.
Those who cannot be treated
Basically, it is possible to perform the procedure unless you have some serious illness or inflammation in the area to be treated.
The following information is provided for reference only, as we are obliged to include it to inform "those who are not eligible for the treatment".
- Pregnant or nursing mothers
- Persons with abnormal immune function or with a history of such abnormality, and persons receiving immunosuppressive therapy.
- Those prone to keloid formation, hypertrophic scars and hyperpigmentation
- Those with bleeding tendency or using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics such as aspirin or anticoagulants such as warfarin
- Individuals with excessive sunburn, eczema, dermatitis, severe inflammatory acne, or scabs at the Jalpro Young Eye injection site
Flow of treatment
You can easily make reservations with your mobile phone.
This is a "smart" and easy receptionist service that can be completed immediately by the clinic's IT system by simply providing your name.
Please feel free to discuss any concerns you may have during the counseling session. Please be assured that there is no pushy sales.
After the marking is carried out, the injection is carried out while talking to the patient.
We will explain in detail about the care of the treated area and precautions for daily life. We also suggest appropriate home care from the viewpoint of prevention and maintenance, such as oral medicines and skin care cosmetics that can be expected to improve your problems.
Frequently Asked Questions About Jalpro Young Eye
- What is Jalpro Young Eye?
-
Jalpro Young Eye is an injectable treatment that aims to improve concerns around the eyes—such as fine lines, dark circles, loss of firmness, and dullness—by enhancing the skin's natural regenerative power.
- What are the effects of Jalpro Young Eye?
-
Main benefits include "reducing dark circles," "improving fine lines," and "enhancing firmness and elasticity around the eyes." By boosting the skin's own regenerative power, it delivers a natural finish.
- When will the effects of Jalpro Young Eye start to appear?
-
Some individuals begin to notice the hydrating effects of hyaluronic acid within a few days, followed by noticeable improvements in skin texture over the next few weeks to a month due to the effects of amino acids and peptides. Receiving multiple sessions consecutively can yield even greater results.
- How many treatments are needed for Jalpro Young Eye?
-
We recommend a course of four sessions, each spaced one to two weeks apart, followed by maintenance treatments approximately every three to six months.
Commonly Compared Treatments: Differences from Rejuran and Snecos
For eye area treatments, "Snekos" and "Rejuran (Rejuran i)" are also popular options. Both promote skin regeneration, but they take different approaches.
We have compiled the differences between each option into a table.
| (data) item | Jalpro Young Eye | SUNEKOS | Rejuran (Rejuran i) |
| Principal component | Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid + amino acids + peptides | Non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid + amino acids | Polynucleotides (PN) |
| Primary functions | Supplement the "building blocks" for collagen production and increase skin hydration. | Stimulates fibroblasts and promotes collagen production | Promotes cell repair and regeneration, improving the very quality of tissue itself |
| area of expertise | Plumpness of the skin, fine lines, dark circles and shadow circles | Enhanced firmness, reduced fine lines, overall skin texture improvement | Improvement of thinning skin, redness, fine wrinkles, etc. |
| Final impression | Plump and moisturized finish | A firm, resilient appearance | Smooth and natural texture |
Simply put, if Rejuran is a treatment that "activates the skin cell repair switch," then Jalpro can be thought of as a treatment that "directly delivers nutrients (such as amino acids) needed to produce collagen."
Additionally, while Snekos contains six types of amino acids, Jalpro Young Eye features seven types of amino acids, notably containing a high concentration of "glycine," which forms the foundation of collagen structure.
The most suitable treatment depends on your specific concerns, skin type, and tolerance for downtime. Please discuss this with your doctor during your consultation.
