Starting at just one day a week, you can gain experience in cosmetic medicine while balancing it with your other work.

01Daily Wage
Your performance will be reflected in your monthly pay.
The daily wage ranges from 80,000 to 160,000 yen. During the initial period of employment, the wage starts at 80,000 yen. A fixed daily wage is supplemented by performance-based incentives, which are reflected in your monthly pay.

02No experience required
You can get started even if you have no experience in cosmetic medicine.
We document the procedures for each treatment, including the criteria for determining the appropriate techniques. We have previously trained several doctors who started with no prior experience in aesthetic medicine. You’ll be able to gain experience in an environment with a high volume of cases.

03Balancing
You can work as little as one day a week and balance it with other jobs.
You can choose your days and work regularly, starting with one day a week. We’ll determine which clinic you’ll work at based on your preferences, and you may also work at multiple clinics.
GUIDELINE
Medical Care in Accordance with the Smart Guidelines
Even if we’re open only one day a week, it’s still the same Smart Skin Clinic for our patients.
Just as there are guidelines for medical practice, our group has its own decision-making criteria known as the “Smart Guidelines.” These consist of two principles: “Three-Way Benefit,” which ensures that patients, staff, and management all benefit simultaneously, and “Smart Essential,” which eliminates waste and directs investment where it is needed most.
Patients come to our clinic expecting the same experience, regardless of the day of the week they visit or which doctor is treating them. Please conduct all medical care in accordance with our clinic’s procedures and these guidelines. This document also serves as a reference point to consult when you are unsure how to proceed.

To ensure that the patients under my care are satisfied and that the day’s medical appointments proceed smoothly.

To fulfill this role, there are four things I would like you to keep in mind in your daily practice.
01For Patients
We always go the extra mile to provide thoughtful service
Among the “Seven Promises” our group makes to our patients, the one we value most is providing compassionate care.
Stand up to greet them. Introduce yourself. Speak in a calm tone. Don’t interrupt; listen until the end. Show empathy. Take the initiative to ask if there’s anything you might have missed.
None of these things are special on their own. However, whether or not we can consistently apply them to every patient changes the experience the patient receives. Our target is a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher for the patients under our care.

02For Patients
Providing efficient care while maintaining patient satisfaction
Our clinic sees a large number of patients. However, we do not achieve this by cutting each appointment short. Instead, we streamline the processes surrounding patient care and use the time saved to spend more time with our patients.
Listen carefully to understand exactly what the other person wants, and discuss only what is necessary. Learning to manage your own time is one of the skills you’ll develop.
03For Patients
Continuously Improving Our Skills
You can start even without prior experience, but we will not lower our standards. Complications from treatments, such as bruising, cause real harm to patients.
The premise is that you will receive guidance until you have reached a level where you can perform the techniques reliably. Even after reaching that level, you will continue to reflect on your own treatments and apply what you’ve learned to your future practice.
04For Staff
Work smoothly with those around you
Medical care isn’t something that doctors can handle on their own. The day runs smoothly only when nurses, front desk staff, and everyone else work together seamlessly. We place great importance on being considerate of each other’s circumstances and approaching our work with mutual respect.
SALARY
How Daily Wages Work
Daily pay ranges from 80,000 to 160,000 yen. During the initial period of employment, the daily pay starts at 80,000 yen.
- Fixed Daily Wage
- This is the base pay you receive for each day worked. Starting pay is 80,000 yen.
- Incentives
- Under our “Professional Human Resources System,” which evaluates performance based on predetermined criteria, your monthly salary is calculated based on your clinic’s revenue and patient satisfaction and reflected in your monthly pay. The specifics of the incentives vary depending on whether you have prior experience in cosmetic medicine.
The evaluation criteria are the same for everyone and are clearly stated in advance. They are not subject to change based on the evaluator’s personal impressions or discretion.
