Part-time Physician

Regarding Regular Part-Time Positions.
The daily wage for regular part-time positions ranges from 90,000 yen to 160,000 yen.
A fixed daily wage is supplemented by incentives based on sales and customer satisfaction. This system is the same as the one used for professional staff, and there is no difference in treatment between full-time and part-time employees.
Any results you achieve will be reflected in your daily pay for that month.
While a high-volume setting allows you to gain experience, it can also lead to simply going through the motions. At our clinic, we reflect this in our daily pay.

There aren't many places where you can start working in cosmetic dermatology with no prior experience. This is especially true for regular part-time positions.
Our clinic welcomes applicants with no prior experience. Our procedures are well-documented, and we have successfully trained several doctors who started with no prior experience in aesthetic medicine.
You can start with just one day a week. You can gain experience in aesthetic medicine while continuing to work at another clinic.

Greet the patient while standing. Introduce yourself. Speak in a calm tone. Do not interrupt the patient; listen to them until they have finished speaking. Show empathy. Check to make sure you haven’t missed anything.
None of these things are particularly special on their own. However, whether or not we can consistently apply them to every patient every time makes all the difference in the experience our patients have.
We are looking for someone who can provide courteous customer service with the utmost care.
Our clinic sees a large number of patients. However, we do not achieve this by rushing through each patient’s appointment. Instead, we streamline the processes surrounding patient care and use the time saved to devote more attention to each individual patient.
Furthermore, the same applies to the medical consultation itself. Accurately ascertain the patient’s needs during the consultation, and discuss only what is necessary and for as long as necessary. Manage your own time allocation. This is not a matter of experience or personality; it is a skill that must be acquired.
The ability to provide medical care efficiently while maintaining patient satisfaction. This is essential to continuing to provide high-quality medical care at an affordable price.
You can start even if you have no experience, but we won’t lower our standards.
Complications arising from the procedure, such as bruising, cause real harm to patients. It is essential that you receive proper guidance and reach a level where you can perform the procedure reliably.
And it’s the same once you’ve reached that level. It’s not over once you’ve mastered it—you need to maintain that standard and continue to improve. Reflect on your own treatments and apply what you’ve learned to your next session. We’re looking for people who can keep doing this.
