An introduction to Smart Skin Clinic

Cutting out wasteful costs and providing high-quality treatment at an affordable price. This is our concept.

By thoroughly thinking through the question, "What would truly make patients happy?", we arrived at what we believe is the optimal management structure. Having been users of cosmetic medicine ourselves, we set out to create a clinic that made us think, "Yes, this is exactly what I wanted."

The phrase "cutting costs" may carry a negative image, but cutting costs that are unnecessary "for the patient" is, in fact, patient-friendly. Conversely, a situation in which unnecessary costs are being incurred is one that is not friendly "to the patient."

On the other hand, for the parts that matter to patients, such as our reservation system and check-in procedures, we actively invest in making them "smarter."

We also believe that counseling should be conducted by a physician, and we have created an environment in which physicians can naturally make decisions as part of providing medical care.

Our clinic is not just a cosmetic dermatology clinic, but a new model of clinic that optimizes both the "medical" and "management" sides. We continue to evolve with the goal of creating new value in cosmetic dermatology.

Even those with no prior experienceinjection-based procedures and regenerative medicineWe have a mentoring structure in place to help you acquire these skills.

Our clinic has one of the highest "injection case volumes" in Tokyo,so in addition to Profhilo, botulinum toxin, and more, you can focus on injectable procedures that require advanced skill, such as PRP injections.
We also place great emphasis on regenerative medicine and will continue to invest in it, so you can learn cutting-edge treatment methods.

Requirements

Medical license; completion of initial residency training
No experience required
Physicians with experience in cosmetic surgery or cosmetic dermatology are welcome.
*Our group's practice focuses mainly on injectable treatments. If you have limited experience, please rest assured that we have a support system in place to help you after you join.

Work Location

Jimbocho Clinic, Yokohama Clinic, or Hatchobori Clinic (negotiable)

Salary

Estimated daily wage:90,000 to 160,000 yenapproximately

Starting pay is 80,000 yen per day upon joining, rising in stages according to clinical performance, patient satisfaction, closing rate, and other factors.
After reaching the standard level, the daily wage is around 90,000 to 110,000 yen, and for higher grades, around 120,000 to 160,000 yen per day.
