The estimated annual salary ranges from 22 million to 32 million yen.
Your results will be reflected in your monthly paycheck.

In addition to a fixed salary, you will receive incentives based on your clinical performance. We explain the evaluation criteria before you join, ensuring that decisions are not based on the impressions of any specific individual.

Advancement to Clinic Director
While working full-time,
You can also aim to become a clinic director.
The group plans to expand its network, aiming to reach a total of 20 clinics. We are currently recruiting a clinic director for a new clinic scheduled to open in Minato Ward (near Hamamatsucho and Daimon), and we plan to recruit directors in the Aoyama, Shinjuku, and Osaka areas in the future.

Employment and Work
- Employment Type
- Full-time employee (permanent) / Indefinite employment following a 6-month probationary period
- Working Hours
- Hours vary depending on the clinic where you work (generally 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with an 8-hour workday and a 60-minute break).
- Overtime
- None by default

- Jimbocho Clinic / Yokohama Clinic / Hatchobori Clinic
- Job Transfer
- As a general rule, you will work at the facility to which you are assigned. There is a possibility of being transferred to other facilities within the group (including those scheduled to open). Transfers will be decided in consultation with the employee.
- Side Jobs and Work at Other Clinics
- Permitted on days other than workdays (requires prior approval from management)
Holidays and Time Off

- Full two-day weekend system (shift-based; 8–9 days off per month). A four-day workweek is negotiable. You will be required to work one of the weekend days (due to the nature of cosmetic medicine).
