WHY FULL-TIME

The Appeal of Working as a Full-Time Physician

As a full-time employee, you’ll have an environment where you can focus entirely on patient care.

  1. 01Salary

Estimated annual income: 22 million to 32 million yen. Performance is reflected in your monthly salary.

In addition to your base salary, you will receive incentives based on your clinical performance. You won’t have to wait for an annual review—your results for each month will be reflected in that month’s paycheck. There is no difference in pay during the probationary period.

  2. 02diagnosis

We are able to take the time to attend to each and every patient individually.

We expect to see 10 to 15 patients per day. We set aside 15 minutes for each counseling session. By streamlining the processes surrounding patient care, we’ve freed up time that we can devote to our patients. There is generally no overtime.

  3. 03Peace of Mind

As a full-time employee, you can settle in and work long-term.

Social insurance benefits are provided. The group provides and covers the cost of medical malpractice insurance. In addition to a 200,000-yen welcome bonus, we also offer subsidies for conference and seminar registration fees.

GUIDELINE

"Smart Guidelines" for When You're Unsure What to Do

When you’re unsure about a clinical decision. When the clinic’s policy differs from your own views. The Smart Guidelines are there to help you find your way back.

The Smart Guidelines consist of two components: “Three-Way Benefit,” which ensures that patients, staff, and management all benefit simultaneously, and “Smart Essential,” which eliminates waste and directs investment where it is needed. As you carry out your daily medical practice, there will be many occasions when you’ll need to make decisions based on these standards.

Find an answer that satisfies all three conditions simultaneously

Is it good for the patients? Is it good for the staff I work with? Is it good for the clinic?

Finding an answer that satisfies all three of these criteria at the same time is what constitutes a decision in line with the Smart Guidelines. We place great importance on not making decisions based on just one of these factors.

When there is a difference between your views and the clinic's policies

Each doctor has their own approach to patient care that they have developed over the years. This should be respected, and our group hopes to learn from it as well.

Furthermore, in situations where your personal views differ from the clinic’s policy, we ask that you bring facts and figures to the table and discuss them with the clinic director. We will review your proposals from the perspective of what is best for the clinic as a whole.

MISSION

The Mission of Full-Time Physicians

Increase revenue and customer satisfaction in your own practice.

  • Increasing revenue and customer satisfaction in your practice
  • Work under the director’s supervision to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Understanding Smart Essential and Putting It into Practice in Clinical Care
  • Taking responsibility for patient safety in your own medical practice

We evaluate our results from three perspectives: patients, staff, and management.

01For Patients

Raise the satisfaction level of the patients under my care to 90% or higher

Every counseling session begins with a first meeting. Even if it’s just one of many patients the doctor sees that day, for the patient, it’s their very first session with that doctor.

We ask that all doctors consistently apply the same standards of communication and patient care to every patient, every time.

  • AppearanceA neat and clean appearance. Greet patients while standing and face them when speaking.
  • A calm tone and pace. Don’t interrupt the speaker; offer occasional affirmations.
  • termStart by explaining what you're going to do next, rephrase any technical terms, and make sure the other person hasn't missed anything.

02For Staff

Share techniques without disrupting operations

Work collaboratively with nurses and front desk staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Be considerate of others’ circumstances and approach your work with mutual respect.

In addition, we ask that you share your technical skills and knowledge with junior physicians. Your goal is to ensure that other physicians at the clinic can perform the procedures you are capable of performing. This is also one of the missions of our full-time physicians.

03Management Relations

Communicate using facts and figures, not just feelings

Daily observations and suggestions for improvement are relayed to the group through the clinic director. We place great importance on ensuring that these reports are based on facts and figures—not just “a hunch”—so that we clearly understand what is happening and to what extent.

SALARY

How Salaries Work

Estimated annual salary: 22 million to 32 million yen. In addition to a fixed salary, you will receive incentives based on your clinical performance.

Fixed Compensation
The compensation is a fixed amount each month. There is no difference during the probationary period.
Incentives
This bonus is calculated based on your clinical performance (revenue and customer satisfaction) and added to your monthly salary.

Incentives are calculated under the “Professional Human Resources System,” which evaluates performance based on predetermined rules. These rules apply equally to all employees and are disclosed in advance. There is no pay raise system or bonus; performance is reflected directly in the monthly salary.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for people like this

For those who want to remain calm and focus on the patient in front of them

There are no individual sales targets, and you will not be asked about your progress toward them. We have established both policies and systems to create an environment where you can devote your time and attention to patient care itself.

Those who want their achievements to be fairly recognized

Your clinical performance is directly reflected in your monthly pay. You don’t have to wait for a raise based on seniority, nor do you have to wait for performance review periods.

People who want to work collaboratively with others in an environment with clear standards

We disclose everything—including job responsibilities, performance evaluation criteria, and working conditions—before you join us. Rather than insisting on your own way, we’re looking to work with people who are willing to collaborate with us to determine what’s best for our patients, staff, and the clinic.
