Physician Recruitment
Patients can continue
The clinic is,
Doctors can continue as well.
Competitive compensation. Patient-centered care. An expanding network of locations.
We’ve eliminated unnecessary interior design and advertising to streamline our processes. The savings we’ve achieved are reinvested in our patients, our staff, and our growth.
There are no sales targets for individual employees. There are no counselors either.
Aesthetic medicine is a highly competitive field that undergoes rapid changes. Amid these conditions, our group continues to expand its network of locations.
Salary is a major factor when choosing a place to work. That’s why I’m listing it first.
Details regarding employment conditions are listed on the page for each position.
How is this amount determined, and how does it change? The following human resources system is what underpins this.
This is a system in which incentives are paid based on two metrics: sales and customer satisfaction.
It does not depend on anyone’s discretion or personal judgment. It is calculated based on predetermined rules. The rules come first, and the result derived from those rules is the compensation.
I called it “Professional” because this structure is the same as in professional sports. The rules are the same for everyone and are clearly defined in advance. The results you achieve under those conditions are directly reflected in your compensation. You don’t need to change anything out of concern for how you’re evaluated; the effort you put into caring for each patient is directly rewarded.
This is a system designed in-house by our hospital, rather than one adapted from an existing framework.
However, this is not set as a mandatory target. There are no situations where you’re required to chase numbers, nor will you be held accountable if you fall short. When results are achieved, you’ll be rewarded. It’s a system designed to work solely toward that end.
We include customer satisfaction as a metric so that doctors who receive high ratings from patients are fairly recognized. Under a system that evaluates performance based solely on revenue, the work of doctors who provide attentive care is not reflected in the numbers. Furthermore, such a system leaves room for unnecessary recommendations.
We document the procedures for each treatment. Since we record everything, including the criteria for deciding which techniques to use, we have a reference point to fall back on when we’re unsure.
I have mentored several doctors who started with no prior experience in cosmetic medicine. Starting with no experience is not unusual at our clinic.
Since we focus primarily on skin rejuvenation injections, we have performed a large number of injection procedures. We have performed several thousand procedures with each of our main products, and we offer more than 35 different products.
This is a situation where the amount and variety of experience one can gain are guaranteed in advance.
*Jimbocho Clinic: June 2023–March 2026 / Yokohama Clinic: July 2025–March 2026 (combined). Injections: February 2025–February 2026.
We do not set sales targets for individual employees. There are no situations where employees are required to chase numbers, nor are they asked about their progress toward meeting targets.
However, sales and customer satisfaction are performance metrics under the Professional HR System. While you are not required to pursue them, the results will be reflected in your compensation. There is a difference between not being required to pursue them and them having no impact whatsoever.
The repeat rate for fiscal year 2025 exceeds 90%.
From the initial consultation to determining the treatment plan and performing the procedure, everything is carried out by a physician. The physician has the final say on what procedures to perform, to what extent, and which ones not to perform.
This also means that patients won't have to deal with more recommendations than necessary.
We do not require you to post on social media or appear on camera.
The clinic handles patient recruitment as a whole. Even without promoting yourself individually to attract specific patients, cases will still come your way.
Our clinic’s guiding principle is “Smart Essential.” We aim to create a place where patients can make choices without having to compromise on either price or quality. Eliminating waste and improving efficiency are all part of achieving that goal.
And it is doctors who make that “wise choice” possible.
Since there are no counselors, the only information patients receive is what the doctor tells them. What is recommended and what is not—that judgment directly determines the quality of the patient’s choices.
The doctor's judgment is at the heart of patient care.
We are allocating the funds saved by eliminating waste to three areas: benefits for our patients, benefits for our staff, and investment in our growth.
Salaries are a way of rewarding our staff, while our training and mentoring programs are an investment in their growth.
Our group has established seven commitments to our patients.
This is both a pledge to our patients and a standard that everyone who works here must uphold. If what we have set forth is not followed on the front lines, our promise will remain nothing more than empty words. Doctors are no exception.
Of the seven, the one that relies most on each individual is No. 04: Thoughtful Service.
Welcoming people with a smile, offering words of comfort to ease their anxiety, and performing treatments with care—these things don’t require any special skills or talent. As long as you’re mindful of them, anyone can do them.
That is precisely why our clinic considers any failure to provide compassionate care—just like high-pressure sales tactics—to be absolutely unacceptable. We never compromise on two things: our medical expertise and this commitment.
Our selection criteria are based on whether a candidate can embody our group’s concept. We place greater emphasis on this than on technical skills or experience.
